 From:
Linda B in Seattle.
What a great book! Just from reading this work
there has been a shift of
consciousness; I now look at the things humans
are so
caught up with and know they are trivial.

 From:
Eveline in Lisbon, Portugal. My soul is
now aware of its main purpose, which is to keep the
connection with my most important value so that the path
can flow in my life like the water from the source.

 From:
Faith Church in Alaska. I am
deeply grateful. Your brevity and clarity has given me
the insight I needed to keep me on my true path, and to see that I
can release more of the conditioned response.

 From: Kay Craig in San
Antonio. This work is just
the uplifting I have needed lately and I feel blessed to
have found Mick's writings and teachings. Sometimes it's like
the wind blows and layers a message to our inner spirits and
joins them together, something beyond mere reason, and the
collective benefit is divine.

 From:
Caroline in Pennsylvania. My
daughter and I are getting along much better and I realized
that my level of stress in dealing with my daughter is
directly proportional to the stress my mother inflicts on me
with her negativity. So I'm not sure if it's these weekly
quotes that are having a subconscious impact or
not but I think this week's quote is finally a little
easier for me to understand. Thanks for your wonderful
writing.

 From:
Patricia Hampton in San Diego. As
I continue to read your book I am stunned and awed by its
insightfulness and have never seen such depth of
understanding of the conditioned mind. (more).

 From:
Cindy in Seattle. I found
the values exercise enlightening. I especially enjoyed looking
at the intention for each value and determining whether or
not it is conditioned.. .(more)

 From:
Amy in Virginia. I
keep a little book with me at all time in my briefcase, J.
Krishnamurti's "You Are the World". Now that I have read your
work I can see some of the ways of the ego, it's amazing
how much clearer it is to understand what Krishnamurti is
saying. He says that learning is to act. It's one
thing to read about identifying the ego in conversation and
in life, but it's so much more effective to
act on kicking ego-butt in conversations and relationships!

 From: Arnis
in Denver. I've really thought a
lot about your questions… quite frankly, I've been overwhelmed
pondering your survey.

 From:
Yvonne in NYC. I
read the introduction in detail over my coffee
yesterday and let me tell you—it is magnificent.

 From:
Lynnda Pollio in NYC (Author of
Soulseeds). When
we are ready
for truth, it appears. If The Four Insights has reached your
hands, you are
ready for the truth of its extraordinary
message. (more)

 From:
Tara in Washington. I've
recently begun asking my son Joshua (9) to meditate with me. He
got a lot out of the first try, as his attitude and demeanor was
noticeably calmer and friendlier the entire day. I will show
Josh the photo from the metaphor prior to meditating; great
idea!

 From: Kay
Craig in San Antonio. Your work
pulls from my background of having read the "classics;" The Bible,
Freud, Jung, all the theories, Zen Buddhism, etc. and
de-mystifies these teachings, making a new recipe for hope
and life renewed. It is like an exquisite blend of tea for
a better life.

 From: Ed
Bobrow (Author of 12 books).
Some of what I read reminded me of Krishnamurti -
"the observed
becomes
the observed”. (more)

 From:
Dan Britt in New Jersey. It's
very impressive and deep! I've read a lot of books like
Tolle's Power of Now and Practicing the Power of Now but
yours has things that are brand new to me! ... it really helped
me.

 From: Catrina
about weekend of teaching. All my notions
became very simple, so my feelings followed and have
remained so
