How
Mentoring-Coaching works
Integral Coaching by author Mick
Quinn, Integral Coach, Integral Coaching practice, ral Coaching by
author Mick Quinn,
Firstly,
take a look at the suggested topics
for coaching work.
You
may pick any number of these, or just select one area
you
wish to focus on. You may also suggest your own ideas.
Coaching
is about you, your development, and evolution.
My
job is to act as your guide, motivator, challenger, and
most
of all, as a reflection of your unseen potential.
When
you find a few topics that you like, you have three
options
on how we can engage. The first is by phone
which
is
very effective. 75% of this work is done in this way. If you
like
this idea we would agree on a weekly or bi-weekly call
time
that suits your schedule.
Sessions are usually available two to three weeks from
the date of your initial request.
The
pace of this work is always up to you. Weekly calls
allow
for swift progress and are ideal for those who wish
to
make changes quickly. Bi-weekly calls leave more time
to
assimilate the work into your daily life and may be more
suitable
for your particular requirements and objectives.
You
can also choose to work with me one-on-one. This is
the
most effective way to create the conditions for the
transformations
you desire. There are both one-day and
four-day
options available.
Choosing
one of these options allows a fluid conversation
to
develop between us over the course of the work. You
will
immediately recognize and understand how integral
coaching
can be applied to your life.
To
get started, please go to the application
page and respond
to
the questions and suggestions there.
We
look forward to working with you,
Mick
